Vision
The Ministry of Culture seeks to build a positive cultural value system based on respect for diversity and difference, enabling the Egyptian people to access knowledge and creativity, and enhancing their interaction with the realities of the age, while consolidating their awareness of Egypt’s history and cultural heritage, so that culture has an active role in supporting comprehensive development, and a source of Egypt’s soft power regionally and internationally.
Message
The Ministry of Culture is committed to promoting the values of citizenship and belonging to the Egyptian identity, and to elevating cultural life by supporting creators and talented individuals, disseminating arts and literature without discrimination, achieving cultural justice throughout Egypt, as well as consolidating Egypt's cultural leadership at the Arab and international levels.
The Egyptian Academy of Fine Arts in Rome has promoted awareness of Egyptian and Arab culture, showcasing art in all its forms, from concerts to film festivals, art exhibitions, and conferences. Over time, it has become a meeting place for cultures, where art, expressed in a wide variety of forms, creates a new and eclectic language: the universal language of art. The Mediterranean is a space of shared values, a place where peoples have met for millennia. Egypt and Italy, historically linked, continue their fruitful journey of mutual understanding.
